Book Title: Eclipse Author: Stephenie Meyer Category: Suspense / Thriller / Love Story Pages: Summary: The book starts with several tellings about murders going on in Seattle. Bella starts to visit Jacob, with or without Edwards approval. While she is spending time with Jacob she starts to have feelings for him without realizing it yet. It is soon realized that the murders in Seattle are an army of newborn vampires created for revenge. The vampires, the werewolves, the army of newborns and the Volturi all make epic appearances before the end of this novel. Opinion: This third book of the Twilight Saga. This one is more of a love triangle. It’s easy to understand what Bella is going through. Being torn between two people you love and trust with your life. There’s also alot of fighting in this book. I can’t wait to see what those fight scenes look like in the next movie. I gave it 5 out of 5 Stars. Other Works by Stephenie Meyer The Twilight Saga Collection Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1) New Moon (The Twilight Saga, Book 2) Eclipse (The Twilight Saga) Breaking Dawn (The Twilight Saga, Book 4) |

Movie: New Moon Director: Chris Weitz First, let me suggest that you check out my review on New Moon: The Book. I, myself, am a huge Twilight fan. So, of course I’m going to back this movie up. I read the book before I saw the movie. So, I already knew the outcome. But, that didn’t affect the movie at all. I love each character and can find myself in each one. Its easy to relate if you’ve ever been in love. The Twilight series is a love story all together and this particular book is about the heartache that sometimes comes along with love. Vampires, Werewolves, nightmares… Its a must see. Therefore… I gave the movie 10 out of 10 Stars. Movie: Funny People Director: Judd Apatow Starring: Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen, Leslie Mann, Eric Bana, Jonah Hill, Jason Schwartzman, Aubrey Plaza Summary: Funny People Review: So, if your an Adam Sandler fan, and you’re expecting one of his normally hilarious films, you might be in for a bit of a surprise. This is a story of life. The movie is filled with famous and not so famous comedians. While you will find plenty of humor, there is also love, death, heartbreak, disease, and can be a bit dark at moments. All in all, I did enjoy this movie. Every prediction I made while watching it was wrong. But that’s a good thing. I gave the movie 8 out of 10 Stars. Other Works Directed by Judd Apatow Pineapple Express (Single-Disc Unrated Edition) Knocked Up (Unrated Widescreen Edition) The 40-Year-Old Virgin (Unrated Widescreen Edition) |
